When it comes to your pets, we believe in making our services accessible, clinical and friendly to minimize stress for you and your pets alike. We understand that there can sometimes be a bit of anxiety with visiting the vet—for both humans and animals—so we do everything in our power to make the experience as transparent and seamless as possible. One of our core values at Bond Vet - Fairfax is understanding that the human-animal bond is made only stronger through better pet care. That’s why we offer a range of services, treating dogs and cats dealing with sudden illness and injury, as well as those who simply need a regular check-up or dental care. These aren’t just our pets—they’re our family members—and they deserve the best care available to them. Transparency is also important to us, and we want to ensure that you are never surprised by the bill at the end of your visit. Our vets and vet techs will talk you through what you can expect in terms of pricing and treatment throughout your pet’s care. We look forward to treating you and your pet and having you as a part of the Bond Vet family.
If you enjoy getting robbed and having a staff member make you feel stupid, come visit this location.
I came in for a follow-up visit to get additional vaccines for my dog after a doctor’s appointment a couple of weeks ago. The staff tried to take us back for another doctor’s visit (an additional $100+) even after I informed them that my dog had already seen the doctor two weeks earlier.
She then tells me that I should have booked a specific nurse visit option online (which does not exist). I asked her to show me where it was online so I would know for future visits. She scrolled through my phone for five minutes and eventually admitted that the option wasn’t there.
Once she ran out of excuses, she told me I should have known to request it in the comments section. After all of that, I still couldn’t get the vaccines because there were no nurses working—only doctors—so I would have had to pay an additional $100+.
Have had no issues at other Bond locations. Check the other one-star reviews. Many of them mention hidden fees and upselling. Be careful.

When we came in, Tatiana welcomed us very warmly with a smile and made our check-in process very fast and seamless. Our boy also had a treat from the very nice treat bar. Hannah and Dr. Hernandez were very patient with our very anxious boy and they made sure he wasn’t super scared like he usually is when going to the vet. He got lots of loving and they even gave us a treat bag on the way out! I noticed the crew cleaning the room almost immediately after we left so it makes sense that the clinic was spotless. A lot of times pet clinics smell like either pee or poo but this one was CLEANNNN. Very open area for humans and pets. Very quiet atmosphere that made us all feel very welcome. Thank you BV Fairfax for making us feel at home! Will ABSOLUTELY be returning!!!!

Not happy. I felt persuaded to buy extra services not needed. They also did not honor price given over the phone. Staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming.
