Our dog Astro absolutely HATED getting his nails trimmed—so much so that previous groomers turned him away because he would try to launch himself off the table. For a long time, our only option was taking him to the vet and having him medicated just to get his nails done. But then came Andre. With patience, skill, and what can only be described as pure magic, Andre managed to trim Astro’s nails—no drama, no meds, just calm confidence. I was honestly shocked and so incredibly grateful. Thank you, Andre (and Petco), for achieving the impossible!

(Dale city) I came in specifically seeking advice on tick prevention for my dog because at different location they sold me meds for fleas not ticks, but the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and uninformed. He insisted that flea and tick preventatives are 'the same thing' and refused to acknowledge the distinction I was asking about. When I politely mentioned my own research, he became rude and told me to 'stay away from Google.' While I value veterinary advice, a retail professional should be able to discuss their inventory without being condescending or providing inaccurate information. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
