Update: Worst experience ever. Thanks for asking me to leave a review. No one answered corporate email so no need to put that I need the email Banfield email. I did. It has been weeks. Say sth new
This is my kitten 2 days before and 2 days after. If you plan to go to Banfield. Specifically Banfield Clifton.
Please don’t go here. They were not able to tell that my kitten has a seizure or anything wrong with him and he passed within 2 days. They gave him an antibiotic and pain killer shot. We’re lost of word.
I called to resolve the wellness plan and they put me on hold forever. One vet technician accidentally said we saw your caller ID and he put me on hold lol. Muffin signed up for the wellness a month or two before he passed. THEY WILL CHARGE THE REST OF THE TERM IF YOUR PET DIES.
Just don’t go here. BRING YOUR LOVE ONES TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL.
I requested to speak to the manager. The would only take notes to the manager and they NEVER get back to you. Corporations email also a joke. No one responds. These people pass back and forth responsibilities like ping pong balls.
SAVE YOUR PET LIFE AND YOUR OWN STRESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
And read other people comments as well before coming here. I’m not the first to have this happen to me. My kitten is not even a year old.

The staff at this clinic are phenomenal! My critters and I probably see Nikki (vet staff) the most often during check-ins. Nikki knows all my boys by name and handles each of my pets in a kind and gentle manner. Honestly, I'd trust Nikki (or any other member on staff at this clinic, for that matter) to look after my boys. I feel I can trust the clinicians here because they treat my pets like their own; I know I'm getting the pinnacle of care for my pets here because the staff want the best for my critters too.

Very frustrating experience, poor communication, no upfront pricing. It felt so impersonal. Did not leave feeling confident even after asking questions. They mixed my pets up and even mixed up doses of medication. The whole experience felt rushed (despite waiting hours) and never felt like we received adequate information especially from vet. We will never use Banfield I recommend taking to a real vet and a non "retail like" model business that seems more interested in selling you things you don't need or charging you for things you didn't ask for.

My dogs go to banfield woodbridge before since it is close to our home. The 2 women doctors (including Dr. Tran) were good and takes their sweet time but it’s the unaccomodating staff that led us to having my boys checked to Clifton and the last few appts we end up driving there because they take good care of them, both doctors and staff. We end up stopping their contracts at the end of the year but then when I tried putting them to a different veterinarian, I realized the convenience, the more availability, and the ease of making appointments with banfield made me decide to go back to banfield. It may look like it is expensive on the monthly basis, but at the end, the peace of mind that I know my babies can be seen by any banfield branches is worth going back. I may end up driving farther away to Clifton because I like their care so far, but I know my boys are worth it!

This place is always well kept, clean, and organized. The front staff are so courteous and the doctors and assistants (sorry not sure about the title) are knowledgeable and gentle. Thank you for being open on a holiday too!

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
