  Incredibly great staff and Dr. Krishna was very informative and showed care for our pet. We usually go to the Hilltop location but Clifton clinic was absolutely incredible. Would definitely consider transferring over.

  I am so disappointed in this vet. I have always been warned against Banfield and I should have listened. Be warned of “glitches” in their system and some staff not understanding their own wellness plans while scheduling especially with dental cleanings. Both of my dogs were brought it in for a scheduled teeth cleaning just to find out that only one was covered under the plan because the other already used their teeth cleaning for the year. I brought the dogs in at the same day last year?? So I had many questions. I also was getting notifications about scheduling one of my dogs teeth cleaning before the plan would be needed to renew to maximize the benefits of the plan. It caused so much confusion and nothing was done by the staff except for apologizing for the person who scheduled the appointment and the “glitch” in the system. Like at least honor what I was told previously. If the plan was properly explained when I signed up then I would have never upgraded the plan at all. Only one of my dogs was able to be seen because there was a “glitch” in the system. They used the exact word glitch. I don’t trust anything about this place now especially since this isn’t my first time having an issue with them. Please read below for previous serious issue I had. These plans are not worth it at all in the end and are just a scam. I brought my dog in because of concerns of hair loss and excessive weight gain after trying to put her on a diet and increase of exercise. The vet kept trying to convince me that it was mites and that I would have to see a dermatologist to figure it out. I told him that I did research on her symptoms and that it was aligning with a hypothyroidism and he proceeding to keep pushing the idea of mites. Then after I said I really don’t think it’s as simple as mites, he said we can do the blood work for hypothyroidism but the cost is (around like $200 I believe it was) to try to defer me from doing the test due to it being expensive or even maybe to try to convince me that my concerns weren’t valid. I am not a vet and in this situation I felt like I knew more than he did. After I even asked my cousin who is a vet out of state and she said she would have 100% tested for it because her symptoms aligned very much with it. Turns out she did have hypothyroidism!! This is a place where you can’t trust the knowledge of the vet. So if you go here make sure you get a second opinion or do your research because Google seems to know better than the vet.

  I showed up 9 minutes late to my appointment and was not aloud to the veteran. I was there to pick up medication for my dog. The front desk did even to bother to ask me what medication is my dog taking. She did not even ask me what was wrong with my dog. she just said you have to make another appointment. If they treat you pet like that to your face I dont want to know and will not find out what they do to my dog when i drop it off.

  I am very disappointment with the recent experience I had at your clinic. I arrived just 10 minutes late for my dog’s appointment, I drove from Woodbridge it took me 50 minutes to get here I am typically punctual, I was told to reschedule without any consideration for a grace period.

  Called for an emergency and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back twice only to be hung up on without even a greeting.
