We went in on sunday (5/10), We drove an hour and 20 minutes to go here because this was the place on our home vets voicemail. As soon as we got here they had just taken back an emergency, the staff were cool calm and collected. We know it had just happened because the dad was still covered in blood and so was the floor, they got the dad and the floor cleaned up quick. I think I heard them say the dog jumped through a glass table (its also my understanding the dog ended up being okay). Anyways, they took great care of them while also checking us in and showing us the new patient paperwork. I took my dog to pee and asked if they needed a specimen and they said they didnt need one because they had a special way to collect it. No problem. We get in the back and the room was nice and clean, as was everything else. The staff were friendly and the physician was actively listening to my concerns. They take my dog and get his blood but weren't able to get a urine. We suspected that because he had just peed. The doc said she thinks it could be a UTI, so she did give us the antibiotics anyway. They were very transparent eith the pricing and didnt do anything without telling me the price. I appreciate that because emergency vets are very expensive. I would consider seeing this vet if I lived closer, but they were very accommodating for an urgent weekend visit.

Town and country took care of all my animals for over 20 years. 3 dogs and 3 cats. They got top notch care and the staff was great.
I'm well aware of this vet, and always try to avoid them but unfortunately found ourselves in a euthanasia situation and it was the most traumatic experience I've ever been in. Nothing this vet did provided us or our dog with any comfort or peace. My dog was robbed of his dignity in his final moments by them running up to our car and pulling him out before we could even get out, forcing him down on a gurney when he could have walked and then taking him into the back to put in the catheter, he hated the vet and being away from us, and we absolutely did not want him out of our sight but she just kept saying go wait in this room, by the time they had to make sure we could pay and they brought him back to us he had zero energy left from that stress and I'm guessing they sedated him while they had him back there (we were not informed), he was truly ripped away from us right when we got there, so we never even got another moment to -really- be with him which left me with so much regret and shock. I wish so badly he could have held on to use the other service we had planned on. Picking up his ashes was also unbelievable, it took the girl a few tries to even understand what we were there getting. This experience will live with us forever, our dog deserved so so much better and I'll never be able to get the look in his eyes out of my mind. Truly the coldest, traumatic experience.

We had to make the saddest decision for our sweet girl. The staff from the moment we walked in provided us with so much empathy and accommodated us with time to allow our daughter to get there. The vet assistant and vet were so kind and listened to us and treated our girl with dignity up until the very end. I am so grateful for them to help us with this process.
