Please do not take your cats here unless they are very friendly. They are not equipped to handle scared cats. Mine had to be quarantined because they let him go after I told them not to, so he bit someone. Today a friend took hers. She told them he wasn't used to being in a carrier and he was scared. They let him go and he ran head first into the glass door. I have never had issues at the Princess Anne location. Just a buyer beware.

So unprofessional. We had an appointment drove all the way there to be told that the vet had just left. I spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed online that o would be here at the scheduled time. So frustrating and inconsiderate. Horrible costumer service. If you can’t see customers at the time it says on the website, you should change it. Simple as that.
