- JBJaren BooneJul 5, 20261.0This was our second time using The Ruff House for our dog. The first time was great. He seemed to have had a great time with no issues when we brought him home. Not sure what happened this time but we had quite the opposite experience. When we picked him up after four nights, we were told he’d had an accident so they rinsed off his feet, seeming to have just happened. When we got him in the car he stunk so bad that it made my daughter and I nauseated. We got him home and found poop caked all over his side, tail and back legs. His white fur parts were yellow from pee. This was not from a recent accident. This seemed to have been on him for days. He looked like he hadn’t been tended to in days. I’d made two subsequent bookings with them and have cancelled them both. We will never bring him back. I’m not sure if there was less staff bc of a holiday weekend or what but this was abysmal.
