  My fiancé and I are so impressed with our experience at The Ruffhouse. We took our Golden Retriever in for his temperament test, and then after he got approved for daycare, he stayed 5 nights over Mother’s Day weekend. He was newly neutered, so we were worried about him, and The Ruffhouse made sure he was properly taken care of, safe, and that we didn’t have to worry! This is the first vacation my fiancé and I have been able to take without worrying about our puppy. They even send you a report card with all sorts of pictures (as attached) of your dog during his or her stay! It was such a relief to bring our sweet dog to a place we could trust. He loved his stay and had played so much over the weekend, that he came home tired. You can tell that staff takes their time to tend to each pet, Ruger almost didn’t want to come home, he was having so much fun. He will definitely be coming back!

  Winston absolutely loves coming here! We try to bring him a couple times a month, sometimes more. We have also had to use them for a sleepover and it was a very positive experience. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. This place is the best

  Our pups always have a great time at Ruff House and the staff is the best. Love the attention that is provided and the updates on ho they did.

  We just had our first experience here and couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the halfway-through-the-day check-in; it completely eased my nerves to know he was doing well. When I picked him up, they even shared pictures of his day, which was such a thoughtful touch. He clearly had a blast and is already looking forward to his next visit. Highly recommend!

  I really cannot say enough about the trainers and people at Ruff House. We have a chocolate lab not quite 2 years old, he has, well issues. The trainers and wonderful people at Ruff House have been most wonderful, helpful and loving to our Riles. They identified his issue with a crowd of dogs and his need for attention and his energy level. it is like your own family is taking care of your pet. Riles was sick the other day, Jordan sat with him for a while until we could get to him. No worries he had gastritis, nothing anyone should worry about. They just took care of him. loved him as we would. I am so impressed, and so grateful for the entire staff. They have the best boarding facilities, day care, and training. honestly i cannot say enough. Thank you Everyone at Ruff House Greenbrier. The prices are worth every penny. They evaluate your animal, then figure out their best training and energy level. I am truly amazed. Thank you everyone, Ruff House Greenbriar is the best ever.
