  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Petco Hanbury! We are Premier Members and are there frequently because, between our cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, hamsters, and chickens, we always seem to need something! 😂🐶🐱🐹🐰🐠🐔 What makes this Petco stand out is the people. The Companion Animal Supervisor, Jerald, along with Alexis, Kayla, Kat, Michael, and General Manager Anthony, have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome every time we walk through the door. They don't just recognize us—they have taken the time to get to know our family, both two-legged and four-legged. They always say hello, ask how we're doing, and genuinely want to know if we need help or recommendations. Even more special, they remember our animals and will often ask how everyone is doing, request updates, or ask to see pictures. That may seem like a small thing, but as an animal lover, it means so much to know that the people helping care for and provide products for our animals genuinely care about them too. Every one of these employees has demonstrated that they are truly compassionate about what they do. Their knowledge, kindness, patience, and willingness to help make every visit a positive experience. I also want to give a huge and very special thank-you to Jerald. He recently found a kitten and took the time, on his own time, to help save it. That says so much about the kind of person he is—not just as an employee, but as a human being. His actions showed genuine compassion and a willingness to help an animal simply because it needed someone to care. Jerald, Alexis, Kayla, Kat, Michael, and Anthony—thank you for caring about our animals and for caring about our family. It is rare to find a team that remembers you, remembers your pets, asks about them, celebrates their updates, and genuinely shares your love for animals. I feel very fortunate to know that when we walk into Petco Hanbury, we are greeted by people who truly care. Thank you for everything you do and for reminding me that there are still people in this world who care deeply about animals and take pride in their profession. ❤️🐾 You have a wonderful team at Hanbury, and they deserve to be recognized!   Store was so hot! No A/C was on and it was a brutal hot & muggy day outside. Because of that, I didn’t get to fully look around as much as I wanted to; had to get out of there & back in the truck for A/C! But the few products I did buy my cats loved!! And the check out person was nice too!

  My store experience is always great, it's the rewards program that sucks. I've taken over 4 dogs to the same store and have never received the free grooming
