  I brought my Dog there recently and the shampoo they used made my dogs hair fall out. Never again.

  I can’t say enough good things about Canine Designs on Battlefield! I took my 9-year-old Shiba Inu, Zoey, in to get cleaned up, and I’ll admit—I was a little nervous. Zoey is a rescue and can be anxious, and despite how much I brush her, she had quite a few stubborn tufts of extra hair. I’m also always nervous about trimming her nails because they’re dark, so I worry about cutting them too short. I did a quick Google search for groomers who specialize in double-coated dogs and found Canine Designs. I’m SO glad I did! They worked their magic on Zoey! She came home looking absolutely beautiful. Not only did she smell amazing, but those pesky hair tufts were completely gone, and her coat looked incredible. And her nails were trimmed beautifully! No more clicky-clack, clicky-clack every time she walks across the floor. 😂 Most importantly, Zoey looked happy and well cared for, which means so much to me. My husband was so impressed with how great she looked that he now wants to take his big oaf of a dog there too! 😂 Thank you, Canine Designs, for taking such great care of our girl. We’ll definitely be back! 🐾❤️

  Unfortunately a friend recommended this place and we won’t ever go back. It’s “first come first serve” and even though we were the 2nd dog dropped off at 7:30am - I called to get an update at 1pm (no answer) and sent my husband to get him at 2pm (almost 7 hours later!) Our dog was STILL wet and they hadn’t even given him a haircut. So we paid $90 for a partial bath, completely unacceptable. If they cannot accommodate over a certain amount of dogs per day they should not book them.

  Was told by groomer not bring my dog back again, they not want to deal with him anymore. They never finish his cut on the front legs or face, or cut his nails. Even with a muzzle on. A 20 lbs dog. And yes he had some Matt's around 4 or 6 around his collar area and under his front legs where the harness fits.

  The worst place to take your pet. They left cuts on his legs and put it on the dog that he won't be still. come on now..... some of their staff have the worst customer service.
