- WBWanda Bey2 days ago2.0I was somewhat dismayed by my bill going up $8 after one year on my plan. When I called to see if there was an error, I was told that it was typical and to expect an increase each year. Yikes! Also, after bringing my dog in for the annual physical( Drop off) I got a call asking if I wanted to pay an additional $45 for an ear cleaning or an additional $55 for an ear swab. I declined because it was too much and I clean his ears at home. When I picked him up, the vet said he was healthy but not sure if he had an ear infection because I didn't consent to either ear check and therefore his ears were never loked at. Really ?? What kind of a physical omits ear checks? Even my kids got better treatment!!
- DRDevita RedmondSep 25, 20261.0This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are a money first organization. When I ask what to do to avoid my dog’s allergies ahead of time they say nothing. The doctor didn’t even give me the respect of coming out and telling me what was wrong with my puppy. If the medicine you gave me originally for her allergies are not for long term use…… why wouldn’t you prescribe the ones that are. She’s been scratching repeatedly to the point of bleeding and I’m working 6 days a week . I tried to order it on chewy to save some money and time, but of course her staff denied the prescription but couldn’t tell me what would work. A total scam. These people do not care about your dog. Find some real Vets who care about the animals and not their mounting student loan debt. She’s just a baby. Who needs her mother’s support and I erroneously thought these were the people for the job.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
