- SPSerina PooreJul 10, 20265.0I’ve been to a couple Banfields in Chesapeake and this one of by far the best. They’re knowledgeable about pet health and the staff is amazing. The front desk ladies are the sweetest, the vet techs are patient and really love your pets and we see Dr. LeBron who’s an absolute sweetheart. Couldn’t recommend this place more. I have three pets, one who’s been on a steady decline due to old age. As a team, they’ve walked hand in hand with me to find the right treatments for my cat. She finally passed after months of battling what we suspect as cancer, but they made sure to provide me with all of my options and when I felt like it was time to make the call, Dr. LeBron pulled me right in to assess her so I could make the most informed decision I could and the front desk lady is just an amazing soul. I enjoy her every time I come in. I was met with nothing but empathy from the entire staff and I feel like they really went out of their way to make such a hard process easier. This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do and I appreciate each and every one of them for their support.

For chariot, I made it online, I show up, I left work early to get here and they say they do not do cherry eye and they do not have my appointment scheduled. And there was no scheduling at that time of day, which was 530. So why would they have it online? If it's not being offered I'm truly dissatisfied and I will never return again I even showed it a confirmation email that I received, and still they did not see my dog

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
