However, I had to give them 3 stars because I mentioned the 20 percent off first visit coupon, and she informed me that it varies by location and would have to clarify with clinic team in which she never did or addressed it in the remainder of his appointment. Luckily I was able to cover it after the services had been done. It would help in general if there were clarification with participating locations!

- LJLindsay JenisonApr 20, 20262.0I have been a Petco customer since 2017 and unfortunately ever since I moved and had to start using this Petco location I’ve had many issues. At first they were closed when their hours said otherwise as well as not having the lobby open for unknown reasons. Now they no longer carry the specific cat food I have always ordered, frequently, from them. When I informed a store associate of my concern she was aloof and not helpful at all. I’m on the verge of changing providers, please do better.
