- RRRegnosJun 18, 20261.0Made an appointment on-line for an in room visit today at 12:30. How GREAT and so so easy, no waiting, no calling and getting stuck on hold. Arrived 10min early for my appointment. Person at the desk seemed surprised when I said I was there for our 12:30 appointment. She checked the system and confirmed I had an in room appointment and said she would see if the Dr was ready for us. She came back and said while she could see that I had in room appointment, they were not doing in room visits today and I could leave my puppy there. Couldn't imagine just dropping my pup off at a place I had never been before and no in person visit available for 5 days. We left and scheduled with a different vet for tomorrow. So here's a one star for you from someone who never leaves a review just for the huge inconvenience, a trip for nothing and not even a "sorry" about the mistake from the person at the desk. Hopefully you'll take a look at the on line booking system and fix the issue. Of course, I can only imagine the issue you guys would have if it was the other way around and we missed an appointment.

- RSRowan ScamanderMay 19, 20261.0took our cat who was rapidly losing weight from not eating for suspected tooth issues, and i don’t even think they looked at his teeth at all. the vet brushed me off, acted like i was wasting her time and like was reluctant to do anymore testing or examinations. took him to a different vet today and they looked at his teeth and showed me he had two teeth on one side in horrible shape. like they were blackened, no way a vet could miss this. super don’t take your pets here lol

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
