  If i coud give ONE star I would. I'm very dissapointed of the lack of accountablity in this location. First I called this morning in regards of a refill for my dog's flee and thick medication and the lady told me she could not help since it needed to be prescribed and the doctor would call me back. He in fact did NOT reach back to me I had to leave my job on my lunch so I could go in to address the situation just to find out that the doctor left???????? that's what the front desk girl said, she didnt even have a name tag. Then she questioned me multiple times if I really needed the refill or if i had it done somewhere else which I clearly DID NOT and saying she did not have my records on her computer, how is that my fault? Who the heck was in charge other than the front desk??? she kept going back and forth asking questions to whoever was back there because they couldn't even come to the front and address the situation directly to me. Unbelievable. NOW i have to go out of my way, arranging my weekend plans so I can bring in my dog for a suppose exam that they say he needs just to get the prescription??? keep in mind they wanted to charge me for this suppose unneccessary exam. Do better because reading from other people's complain I can tell it's not the first time it happens in this location.

  Very disappointed with the lack of communication at Banfield\. I brought my Mini Schnauzer, Rio, back approximately 15 days after his surgery for his scheduled follow\-up\. I dropped him off and, several hours later, received a call saying he was ready for pickup. What bothered me most was that no veterinarian or nurse came to speak with me\. Nobody explained whether his incision had healed properly, whether he could return to normal activity, or if there were any additional recommendations\. Not a single word about the results of his follow\-up examination. I’m glad Rio appears to be doing well, but after trusting Banfield with his surgery and recovery, I expected much better communication and customer service\. A simple two\-minute conversation about how he was doing would have made a big difference.

  Amazing service and care for the animals. They work with you and within your budget and always tell you how much everything will cost before conducting any services. They always have what you need and are always available for emergencies.

  If I could give zero stars to banfield I would. I’m newer to banfield and I got roped into the plan. My dog ended up getting surgery and one of the banfield nurses gave me a bill and when I went in for my dogs surgery they told me they could no longer honor that bill and changed the price of her surgery the day of. I was surprised and shocked and the customer that was there walked up to me telling me how she felt bad and that I deserved better for how they treated me that morning. This place sucks I would never bring my dog back at this location. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO BANFIELD. I had another incident with one of the doctors there where she told me because I couldn’t afford certain care at the time for my dog she questioned me on why I could t afford it. The situation was highly inappropriate and when I reported her nothing happened!
