  Petco is one of those places we all know, and the fact that they’re located just about everywhere is a huge convenience. It may not always have the largest or most diverse selection, but it definitely checks the boxes for the things you need for your pets. My wife and I have brought our Pitsky here for nail trims, which has always been a convenient service to have available. Today, we also took advantage of the veterinary clinic. While it’s not the largest or most elaborate setup, I was impressed with how well it operated considering the limited space and staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely great with the animals. Overall, a convenient and reliable option for everyday pet needs and services.

  Bought up a dog door last Thursday and promptly misplaced my receipt. The manufacturer needed the receipt for the warranty registration. I called and spoke with Hailey and she remembered me and found a way to assist me even though I was unable to return to the store. Carlos ( store manager) then emailed me everything i needed within a few minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of Hailey. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Great experience with both Hailey and Carlos!!

  I’m writing to share my feedback regarding a highly unpleasant experience I had at the store. During my visit, the staff member working at the fish department was extremely rude. Her attitude was demanding, and she did not seem to want to help me. Because of this poor service, I would never come back to this location again.

  Please do not ever bring your pet here!! I brought my dog in to be groomed and upon coming to pick him up, they tried to give us someone else’s dog. They then told us that they had given our dog to another woman. I couldn’t believe it, my service animal was gone, and it was excruciating, waiting for them to track him down. They told us that this sometimes can happen, but I don’t see how you give someone someone else’s dog when the dogs do not look alike. My dog was a different color, a different sex, a different breed. This was incredibly traumatic for our family. I hope this place is shut down. I’m grateful we got our boy back but the negligence shown here can not be excused. It goes without saying that we will NOT be back.

  I always have a great experience at Petco Burke, thanks to Tasha! She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, especially when explaining the rewards program and helping me understand what rewards I have available. Even when there’s a line, she takes the time to make sure every customer feels valued. She’s also a great resource for her coworkers. I come to this Petco because of Tasha—she’s truly an exceptional employee!
