  Love this place. Brought my German Shephard, Blitz Krieg" in for a brief stay and they took good care of him. They recognized his German breeding as superior instantly and gave him the "uber" treatment. Thanks to Scott Parker, co-founder of "Playful Pack" and the founder of "Acquisition Wolf," I felt my dog would be treated with the superiority he deserved, and it was just nice to be amongst people who understood why the US is suffering today, and who's causing it... Just a big shout out to Playful Pack, Heil Playful Pack and Heil Scott Parker!

  I trusted this facility with my dog, and she came home with multiple wounds on her head and face consistent with a dog altercation or attack. I was never notified that anything had happened during the day. I only discovered the injuries at pickup. What concerns me even more is how the situation was handled afterward. Staff acknowledged they had cleaned her wounds at pickup, yet no one contacted me beforehand to explain the incident. When I asked for clarification and requested to view the camera footage, communication immediately became evasive. I was told someone would follow up multiple times, but the owner never contacted me directly, and my requests to simply view the footage in person were ignored. I also later discovered that according to my records, my dog was never charged for walks or feedings that I had paid for. While I appreciate not being billed for services not performed, that raises a much larger concern: those basic care tasks apparently were not completed. Food, bathroom breaks, exercise, and enrichment are fundamental parts of caring for animals, especially during daycare stays. Being told “we just didn’t get to it” is not an acceptable explanation. Another issue I noticed was the overall level of supervision and engagement. Whenever I checked the cameras, I rarely saw staff at all let alone interacting with the dogs, and there appeared to be little structured play or monitoring taking place. The dogs all seemed nervous on camera. My dog has spent years around other dogs — at parks, campsites, playdates, and with larger rough-playing dogs — and she has never once been injured under my care. After roughly two weeks total of bringing her here, this is the first time she has ever returned home bleeding and wounded. I understand accidents can happen in group dog settings, and I truly tried to give this facility the benefit of the doubt because the location was convenient for me. But the lack of transparency, failure to communicate, refusal to allow me to review footage, and overall dismissive handling of the situation destroyed my trust completely. It’s clear that the dogs are not receiving adequate care and attention. At the end of the day, our pets are family members. I’m incredibly grateful my dog is ultimately okay, but I would strongly encourage anyone considering this daycare to proceed with caution and ask detailed questions about supervision, incident reporting, and transparency before leaving their pet at any daycare. And would REALLY encourage people to take reviews seriously.

  The staff at Playful Pack are so kind and knowledgeable. My dog seemed very happy when she left In fact, I think she wanted to stay longer.
