Yesterday, my dog woke up with discharge in his eye. As a concerned dog parent, I wanted to seek medical attention. I live exactly two blocks from Bond Vet in Arlington. I called them, and out of the gate, instead of asking questions, they told me what the charges would be. They insisted on an eye test and seemed more concerned about fees than my dog. When I called back, the receptionist was rude and put me on a 16-minute hold. This is just another corporate veterinary practice popping up everywhere, focused on money and not the actual animals. I wouldn’t suggest or try it again.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Taylor Fiorini. She is warm, empathetic, knowledgeable, and instills so much confidence. When you’re worried and seeking clear answers, expert guidance, and a kind, compassionate ear, Dr. Fiorini is exactly who you want caring for your animal.

Completely disappointed with my experience.
I've been bringing my dog here for nearly a year and have paid premium prices because they were also open on weekends and i felt that they could be a team i could rely on except for dire situations where an ER visit is warranted.
Recently, I came home and discovered my dog may have ingested multivitamins, garlic extract, and other supplements. Given the possibility of toxicity and the time-sensitive nature of the situation, I immediately called Bond Vet seeking urgent medical guidance and care. It is pretty common knowledge and standard practice to induce vomiting in this case.
Instead, I was told to call Poison Control and was not offered an evaluation or treatment. The Poison Control wait time was approximately 35 minutes, while this clinic was 2 minutes away.
Concerned about losing valuable time, I called another veterinary urgent care clinic in Arlington. After explaining the situation, they instructed me to come in immediately and induced vomiting while we waited for Poison Control to return the call.
That contrast in response was striking.
For a clinic that advertises urgent care services and charges significantly more than many local veterinary practices, I expected a higher level of urgency and compassion in a potentially toxic ingestion situation. Instead, I felt turned away during a moment when my pet needed help.
As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather support a local veterinary practice that prioritizes patient care over convenience and is willing to step in when time matters most not a chain business that only serves when convenient for them. Truly disappointed.
For the premium prices, the doctors are also bit condescending compared to other vets ive gone to. Not really real nice but fake nice throughout the clinic overall. I would rather prefer much realness in support.
I've been bringing my Husky here for over a year after switching from Banfield, and I've never looked back. They are incredibly easy to work with, especially when it comes to managing my dog's severe skin allergies. The doctors always take the time to help and consistently provide the right medications to keep his symptoms under control.
The staff and doctors are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love Dr. Fiorini. I have cats, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and sensitive to their individual needs and personalities. She always takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make me feel confident in their care.
Also worth mentioning is Leah, her assistant, who was clearly sent from the heavens! You won’t miss her and her signature pink hair. She’s kind, responsive, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to help both pets and their humans.
I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
