The Petco employees always welcome any questions I have about healthy treats, flea & tick protection, comfortable dog beds, new collars, and grooming appointments. My beloved Fluffers loved Brian so much and would look at him with such adoration each time he was groomed with such care! This Petco here in Annandale, off of Little River turnpike is the one I like to go to especially when I lived in Fairfax, Va. I still stop by when I'm in the area, which is pretty often. If you bring your pet to Brian to be groomed and cared for, both of you will be very happy you chose him. Tell Brian that Fluffer Nutter Peanut Butter's mom will always remember how kind he was to my sweet doggie. Fluffers loved car rides, kittens, children, treats, & Brian (at the Petco in Fairfax, Va) next to the Safeway

I want to start this review out by stating that you need to check the expiration date on food purchased at this location especially. I had bought a bag of food for my cat from this store after newly moving to the area. After about a week of having the food in our possession we noticed maggots in the bag. We immediately got rid of said bag of food and went to this location to purchase another one. When conversing with the cashier on shift to complain about the situation, thinking we were giving them news, they let us know that that this was not new to them. They informed us that this was an issue coming from the distributor that supplies their food. They said that while they are working on catching this issue, that they are only human and can’t catch everything. They were helpful in assisting my partner to check for a bag that was clear but when my boyfriend had already checked out and was leaving the store, he decided to check one more time and saw that the newly purchased bag was also infested. He promptly went back and returned the food and ended up purchasing different cat food from a different store. We were told we would be contacted by the store manager and we were not. We got our cat checked and she turned out to be fine so we were going to leave it be. That is until now when we come to find out that our house is infested with the maggots that turned into moths. We had to get rid of everything in our pantry and are now dealing with an infestation in our home. Do no buy your pets food from this location unless you want a potential home infestation.

Our go to place for a quick shopping for our pet needs. Store is well-stocked. Compared to other places we went around the area that is.
