  I paid money for this visit, and my problem isn’t the price. I don’t mind paying for my dog’s health. What frustrates me is paying that money just to be told she has an infection causing her itching, which is something I already knew before bringing her in. Now I’m being asked to pay even more for additional tests, with no guarantee that the medication will even work. I came here for answers and a clear diagnosis, not to pay for information I already knew.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Banfield Pet Hospital! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and attentive. I specifically chose this location after comparing reviews of several Banfield locations and researching their veterinarians. Dr. Lapera’s experience and wonderful reviews stood out to me and gave me confidence in bringing my kitten here. I especially want to recognize Carlos at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful! He patiently answered all my questions about the wellness plans, pricing, and additional services. Although I had already done extensive research, I appreciated his thorough explanations and transparency, especially his reassurance that additional services or charges would always be discussed with me for approval beforehand. I also want to recognize the wonderful staff member who went over my kitten’s medical history and asked all the medical questions during our visit. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly patient, informative, and attentive while answering my many questions. My kitten has been experiencing some concerning episodes that we haven’t been able to figure out yet, so I was nervous about leaving him. However, the entire team made me feel genuinely comfortable and reassured through their kindness and care. Thank you to Dr. Lapera for caring for my little guy! He received his rabies vaccine and tag, underwent additional testing, and I dropped off a fecal sample. We’re still awaiting results, but I’m grateful for the attention he received. We were also a few minutes late, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Nobody made us feel rushed or uncomfortable, and they took their time without making me feel like an inconvenience. The patience, compassion, professionalism, and transparency of this team truly stood out. Thank you to everyone for making our first visit such a positive experience! I feel much more confident continuing my kitten’s care here.

  I recently made a vet appointment. It was my first time. The receptionist miss Andrea was really nice and welcomed me. We were able to get my dog weight and proceed to check me in and direct me to the room. Dr Clanahan was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend. 5/5 stars

  It was my first time taking my puppy for an exam , I just bought him . The ladies at the office are so welcoming and friendly , they had smiles on their face and actually looked like they enjoyed their job ! I asked a lot of questions and they didn’t get frustrated . They explained everything and I ended up saving a lot of money signing up for the plan !

  I have been using Banfield since 2013, and have used several different locations, but for the past several years, I have been extremely pleased with the level of care and availability at the Annandale location. I know my dog receives the best care by the vet (Dr. DiOrrio), and his entire team.
