  Nattie was awesome and so sweet, she helped me pick out cat food and gave me awesome recommendations, 10/10 will come again 😋🤭

  Scheduled an appt 5 days in advance marked the paperwork online that my pup had in the past had seizures. No call no, mention of any issues on the petco app. I arrive the woman then asked if the dog has health concerns. I explained yes, I marked when I scheduled the appt. They said do you have vet permission, I said I had spoke with the vet and he cleared me. She then says well I can't today I would need prior notice. Wasted a 45min drive because their groomer are either too ignorant to read the schedule or too lazy to care. Take your pup anyware put here the groom service desk had puddles of pee in multiple locations, that should tell you the care they take in grooming.

  I being coming here for years and Costumer services is pretty bad as soon as you walk in or you have a question they ignore you Specifically Nicole Will not recommend buying our pets supplies from here

  We came in to buy a fish and Nicole was ver rude and unkind to let us know the fish section is closed would recommend to give a better training to show them some manners nor coming back to this location

  This store deserves zero stars, but they make you put at least one star so you can leave a review. I have tried to Shop at this location on more than one occasion but when you have confrontational employees like Nicole and employees like Joshua and Demetrius, who don’t want to help the guest I can see why this store gets the reviews that it has a couple of months ago I walked in and was treated very poorly by another young man and Nicole. Nicole was yelling at me across the room. I Then tried to continue to do business with the Petco and it’s the same thing I came in last night two employees refused to help me and nicole tried to make me work with her although she’s been hostile and confrontational with me. I shouldn’t have to keep on composing myself in order to do business with this poorly ran store or company!!! when I tried to get in touch with the district manager in reference to Nicole and how confrontational she was everybody Diana, Paul, who works over in Baileys Crossroads who is shadowing for the actual manager that is gone did not want to be of assistance. I will be getting my VCP money refunded to me and i will not do business WITH ANY PETCO! I expect a call from the regional manager at this point because it is obvious the district manager doesn’t care about the stores he is in charge of! This one is in poor condition and needs a full revamp of employee’s hired! Diana is very sweet she really tried! Luis is AMAZING! And Ms Hubbard in grooming is SPECTACULAR! She tried to assist me as much as possible they have great customer service skills! NICOLE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ALONG WITH JOSHUA AND DEMETRIUS! as much money as this company makes they should not be outsourcing overseas for call centers especially when they can’t comprehend what is being said to them! Because of this i REFUSE TO GIVE ANY PETCO MY MONEY. I expect a call in reference to my concerns and my refund and I have left a note in the store with one of the employees for the district manager. EMAIL WILL NOT SUFFICE IN THIS SITUATION AND SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY METHOD OF COMMUNICATION! No wonder the people you employ are so unprofessional they know the company only cares about making money not how their patrons are treated by staff!
