- JNJules Nichols2 days ago2.0Groomer left before speaking to me, unable to answer questions including why they couldn’t use the dryer on my dog, if the glands were expressed, etc. My dog also seemed far more stressed here than with her previous groomer. Checkin took over 30 minutes due to the line and the groomer seemed impatient when I wanted to ask questions and give specific instructions as it was our first visit there. We went to a petco groomer in VA prior to moving here last week and hoped to have the same standard of care and establish a regular groomer. Will not return.
