  They are terrible, incompetent, and completely disrespectful! This is what Kiara looked like before. I wish I could give them negative stars! The worst thing we could have done was trust this company with our pet simply because it is a large, well-known place and because we had previously had two very good experiences with Diego. When he was no longer there, we did not think it was necessary to find another place, and we continued trusting that we would receive the same level of care. Today, I deeply regret that decision. We took our dog Kiara, a Samoyed, to have her coat brushed and to get help removing some mats, since she does not let us do this easily at home. We expected that if, for any reason, the job was too difficult or they could not safely complete it, they would call us, explain the situation, and ask how we wanted to proceed. That never happened. Instead of contacting us, they decided to shave a very large area of her coat, from her chest upward, removing a significant amount of her beautiful fur. They returned her to us with that entire area almost completely shaved, without ever calling us first to ask for permission to do something so extreme. We completely understand that when taking a pet to a groomer, some difficult mats may need to be removed. What we never authorized was shaving such a large area of her body. There is a huge difference between removing specific matted areas and making such a drastic decision without first consulting the owners. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that Kiara had similar mats in the past, and Diego had been able to work with her without having to shave her this way. Also, because Kiara is a Samoyed, we are especially concerned that this decision was made. Samoyeds have a double coat, and because of that, we expected the consequences of such an extreme cut to be carefully considered or, at the very least, discussed with us beforehand. It has been extremely upsetting to see her like this. We have cried over what happened, and we feel that the trust we placed in this location has been completely broken. Kiara is not simply a pet to us; she is part of our family, and a decision this significant should never have been made without consulting us. Our experience with the groomer, Rose, was deeply disappointing, especially because of the lack of communication and the decision to make such a drastic and irreversible change without our consent. We want to get to the bottom of what happened because we do not believe situations like this should happen. At the very least, we expect a clear explanation of why this decision was made without calling us first and what steps the company will take to prevent something similar from happening to another family. I will not post pictures of how Kiara looked when we picked her up because I do not want to expose her that way. However, I will share pictures of how she looked before, with the beautiful coat she had before this experience.

  Horrible customer service! If you ask them a question about where to find a product they can’t even move to show you where is at. They made me feel like I was bothering them for asking a question.

  I brought my dog in for a nail trim, and Rosemary informed me that the rabies vaccination on file was out of date and that I would need to provide an updated record before services could be performed. I specifically remember providing this rabies documentation to your staff previously, so I was surprised to hear that it was not reflected in my dog's records.I returned home to retrieve a copy of the vaccination record and came back to the store. When I returned, a different associate checked me in and did not ask to see the document. When I offered it, she advised me that my dog's rabies vaccination was already up to date in the system.This experience was frustrating because I made an unnecessary trip home based on information that turned out to be incorrect. Given that another associate was immediately able to confirm my dog's vaccination was current, I am concerned that I was either provided inaccurate information or that my records were not reviewed properly before I was turned away. It also felt as though Rosemary was irritated that I arrived as a walk-in customer and was unwilling to assist me.I would appreciate clarification on what occurred and how this situation can be prevented from happening to other customers in the future.

  No employees to help. Not only that the one employee I did find refused to sell me the items they have in stock.
