  Banfield West valley City made my appointment for my Pomeranian I didn't make the appointment . When seen by Dr trans assist named Alan he did not no why were even there looking right at the computer for her could not find any thing on it he is very arrogant and very rude. Got to see the doctor Tran about the medications that we had Ellie on went to leave and pay for some liquid to go in the water for their teeth and ended up finding out from the front desk Christy asked we wanted to make another comprehensive appointment in 6 months I asked her if this was a comprehensive today and she said yes she needs shots neither one of the doctor or the assistant had no idea why my dogs were there. Allen came back in to give my dog shots and I come unglued he wasn't about to touch my dogs I don't trust him he's arrogant and very very rude Banfield West valley City has gone to shit. I have been paying for the wellness plan and good money to be able to have great treatment in the song called for that the front desk knows more about what's going on with my pet than the doctor and their assistance

  In town and needed to ge my dogs nails trimmed. Made my appointment for rabies and and exam with a nail trim for noon in store. They asked if I could bring him in at 1130 and drop him off . They had him all day - didn’t get his nails trimmed probably because they waited until 430pm when I was there to pick him up to try and do it. The dr didn’t talk to me once even about his exam - I had had specific things to be addressed. I’m assuming no exam was done - luckily I had a voucher for free exam (Ha) . When we left he acted like he hadn’t been taken to potty all day or had any water . Not a fan !!! Maxx is like a child to me - and I feel like the was just a dollar sign to them . Try and touch my feet after keeping me in a kennel all damn day no thanks . 5 hours to do one rabies shot. I will never put my dog through that again.

  Ur dog is dying rather than them take care of him send us to the most expensive place in the valley saying they was cheaper ha i paid more for 10lb dog than i did a80lb dog 3 months earlier

  I have an American Bully/Pocket Bully, they are one of a few places that has treated my pup with LOVE. They have gone above and beyond with every visit that we have had. I love this and so does my pup.
