I’m new at going to Sparkle. My 2 poodles have only been there twice and both times have come out looking fabulous!! I’m not fussy about their cuts, just need them short for the summer to make them comfortable. They do have a puff on their tails and the puff on their head. That’s it and they looked and smelled great. I’m very pleased with Sparkle. I would and have recommended them to others. Great dog groomers and great customer service!

My Archie is a shy boy. He had no hesitation to go back to the grooming station, the energy was good. When I picked him up (with a 15 min advanced notice txt) He was happy with no signs of stress. The service took about an hour, he smells great with a shiny coat. This was our first time there, we will be back!

I took my little beagle, Beau, for a grooming today. I was pretty worried about him as he’s kind of a fearful little guy. The minute we walked in, he ran behind my legs. “Let’s go mom, I don’t like this”. However, when I picked him up, he was so happy, smelled so good and looked so handsome! I am thrilled and will definitely be returning. Thank you Hannah!❤️❤️

My daughter and I were looking for a new dog groomer. DO NOT GO HERE, BAD CUTS, EVEN WORSE SERVICE! They at their own suggestion said they would call when they started and send me a picture of the difference between the shortest cut and the next one up. After not hearing anything after 3 hours I went there to find that he was almost finished except a little bit left on his face. If I had been properly notified as they said they would do, I would have gone shorter. She said she could go shorter and I asked her (Hannah) not to do that. I did not want him to go through two cuts. She said give me a minute and I will finish him up. After I waited in the parking lot for another hour, I again went in and she said just another minute or two. So, waiting again. When she (Hannah) finally brought him out, Hannah proudly announced that she had cut him shorter again anyway. Only she did not do all of him shorter, just his back and stomach. The rest of him is a longer length. He looks like a beginner's patch job. TERRIBLE CUT. My dog was traumatized! Hannah then proceeded to yell at me because I was not too pleased.
Seriously? The other girl there, Haley, was very apologetic and embarrassed of her coworker and said she would have the manager call me. I waited a week to leave a review to see what the manager had to say. Guess what? I never received that call either. STILL WAITING. DO NOT GO HERE! AVOID HANNAH AT ALL COSTS!
