So many issues with this place! Stay away for all clinics with Banfield. Been with Banfield for 5 years and have 5 high anxiety dogs.
1- Staff retention is none existent. They can't keep anyone for more than 6 months at best.
2- they refused to refill medications that my dogs have been on the 3 years. Maintenance meds (Prozac) and made them go off cold turkey and got through withdrawal.
3- Rescheduled appointments 2 different times and then refused to see them because they won't refill the medications to keep them calm.
4- Tried since October 2025 to file a complaint and was told to contact office manager but said office manager won't return 6 calls and 2 times going to office (was told they were off both days or didn't come in until close to closing). Tired to file complaint through company in general and was told it has to go through the office manager.
5- test results, took 4 phone calls to get test results. Was told that the vet would call with the results.
They tell you to email banfield cares to resolve the issues but still waiting for a response since November 2025.
This whole business is a joke. Had my dogs with you for 5 years. Paying for your wellness plan to keep them healthy. You have charged the plan bit didn't document results or visits . I have 2 that show they weren't seen for 2 years but have written prescriptions and vaccine records showing they had visits.
I have filed complaints with the vet board and contact legal advise at this point because trying to resolve any issues with Banfield is apparently someone else's problem and just keeps passing it the next person. So, stay away for any Banfield clinics!

I’ve been taking my pets here for the past 4-5 years and haven’t had any issues until recently, but lately I’ve had nothing BUT issues. I suspect at least some of these are broader Banfield issues, not specific to this location though. The people at this location are great. It’s the processes that need major improvement. I’ve paid them a lot of money for terrible service.
Why do you have an app that allows you to schedule appointments if that app doesn’t reflect the actual availability? I’ve had at least three in room appointments be canceled or rescheduled because what was shown in the app wasn’t actually available. FIX YOUR SCHEDULER! Or honor the appointments anyway if you don’t want to continue to lose customers. When your pet needs to be seen soon and you think you have an appointment scheduled only to find out 1-2 days before that you don’t because of their scheduler being incorrect, it’s wrong to make me delay their care repeatedly because of known issues with your program. This has happened to other customers too and is a known issue. Why hasn’t it been fixed? Two appointments in one week were canceled at the last minute due to issues on their end. Completely unacceptable.
Another big issue is I paid for a pet plan for both dogs, which includes their dental. Only to be called during their procedures and feel like they are trying to upsell me on additional dental services. Why is there a plan that covers dental if it doesn’t cover all dental anymore? That should have been shared with me. Previous dentals were always fully covered. It ended up costing me an additional $400 PER DOG, for a service that was supposed to be covered.
And last, if you need to cancel your plan and it is only a few days past the start date, you will not get a refund. Even if you haven’t used any of the services yet.
All of this leads me to believe Banfield cares more about my money than they do about my pets. And I’m going to preemptively reply to Banfield’s canned responses of “we hear your frustration…please contact us so we can learn more about your experience”. Stop waiting for customers to publicly complain before attempting to remedy situations that are 100% your fault. Proactively resolve things if you want to retain customers. You’ve already lost me.

Finally had some time off work and booked an in room appointment for my day off. They call a few hours before the appointment to say their online scheduler doesn’t reflect their actual availability but that I could come drop my dog off so he can sit in a kennel all day. No thank you. We’re in the 21st century. If you can’t get your online scheduler right, I doubt you’re getting the bigger things right. Thanks for wasting my time.

The People are Friendly. First time we went they seemed to be so helpful and interested in our Dogs needs. They talked us into the yearly plan that would save us money.
After a year and a half we were having issues with our dogs teeth and bad breath. They charged us for cleaning her teeth. The after a month the stench was back. They prescribed an antibiotic. When it was empty after a week her breath was getting bad again so they refilled the prescription.
after a month after the prescription was gone her breath was bad again. We went in and they said there was Nothing they could do for her and told us to look on line for help.
Several weeks later we tried to cancel our plan and they said it was canceled but we’d still need to pay for the next four months as we had used services and they hadn’t been paid by the yearly subscription. So we paid. Then what do you know they billed us for a new year.
I had to go to Corporate and Prove we had cancelled and show our cancellation receipts. They refunded us.
BUT that’s not the worst thing. We found another Vet. They told us that our dog’s teeth were abscessed and at least six had to be removed. The new Vet ended up extracting 29. YES 29 of her teeth. Abscessed and pockets in the teeth.
My opinion.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
