- MMMeSep 17, 20265.0It's always a good experience going to Petco, in Vernal, Utah. I always find the products I am looking. Staff is always willing to help if needed.
- KCKatherine ChappelSep 16, 20261.0The experience here is extremely weird and invasive. Petco is a basic pet store, yet the manager or store manager (I can’t tell which one) has an insane power trip and likes to rudely ask invasive questions when you are there to buy a small pet. She acts like you don’t know what you’re doing and is testing you. This place is a pet store, not a reputable breeder or a shelter. You have no right to quiz your customers on animal knowledge. I’m sure corporate wouldn’t be too happy to hear that you quiz potential customers and turn them away when they don’t want to answer your invasive questions. This is the worst Petco location I have ever been to. And I will be reporting to corporate.

- EHElaine HassingerJul 29, 20264.0They always have what I want available. Staff is helpful and friendly to my pet. I take my pet there to give her another place to visit and smell all of the foods.
