The premise of my visit was simple: a 1:00 PM grooming appointment for my Shihpoo. The journey, however, was anything but. Commuting 45 minutes from Ogden to Taylorsville, my drive was completely derailed by a severe highway crash. I arrived at 1:20 PM—twenty minutes late, understandably stressed from the road, and eager to simply place my dog in the hands of capable professionals. What I encountered instead was a staggering display of callousness. The blonde associate stationed at the front desk was not merely unhelpful; she was overtly rude. In the service sector, one expects at least a modicum of understanding when unforeseen emergencies disrupt a schedule. Instead, I was met with a glacial indifference. She offered zero sympathy for the highway ordeal and made it abundantly clear that my situation was of absolutely no concern to her. There was no attempt at de-escalation, no grace in how the tardiness was handled, and utterly no compassion for a client who had just battled major gridlock to patronize their business. A company that caters to the well-being of animals should ostensibly employ individuals who possess a baseline of care for the people who walk through their doors. Customer service is the vital heartbeat of any successful retail operation. When your frontline staff treats patrons with such glaring apathy, the integrity of the entire brand shatters. I leave this experience profoundly disappointed and strongly advise fellow pet owners to take their business to an establishment where basic human decency is still on the menu.

  Do not go there if it is closing soon because they will not do their jobs for the last half an hour of working because they are closing soon so they think they don’t need to do anything
