  Let me start with the good We went in to get neon tetras and their fish looked great. The employees were nice and the store had a few new interesting products. The problem is that their leopard geckos are always in horrible condition. Last time we went in there was one that was either dead or very close to in the tank. Today all of them looked extremely dehydrated, and their eyes were crusted shut with gunk. These geckos need to be moved off of sand and need to be given a humid hid in order to shed properly and get the suck eye caps off. Who ever is in charge of the reptile habitats I beg of you to do more research on their needs and keep a better eye on their overall health.

  I checked this Petco site on line to determine if they had a particular item available and it stated that they had the item. The cashier went to the stock area and could not find the item even though online it stated they had it. I travelled to a second Petco in the area and they had the item I was searching for. Kudos for the cashier’s efforts on my part.

  There are so many things I love about this specific PetCo. First - Kelly Z and Wendy H! Oh my gosh talk about the kindest and coolest humans, as well as the best pup groomers! Oh my heart my dogs look amazing and they were so happy when I picked them up and look beautiful! Wendy and Kelly are talented at making sure dogs feel safe and cared for and do their jobs as groomers so well. I was so impressed with their standard of care and of grooming. I also appreciated their warm and friendly personalities as they were getting my information. I will only come back to them for my two pups’ grooming needs forever. Me and my dogs just love them! Second, this store has the most awesome employees all around - the entire crew is personable, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and so fun. Every single person has been delightful to talk to at checkout or in the store when shopping. I even met the store manager and was so impressed with them and their care for their employees and customers. Third, this store is so clean and tidy and well organized. I found everything easily and it was easy to find help if I couldn’t manage finding things myself. I appreciated that. Fourth, the selection of products! It’s well-stocked, has great quality products, and great prices. I’m just really grateful to have such a lovely store full of awesome people nearby for all my fur bebes’ needs. Thanks you guys!

  Self service dog wash is not enclosed. My GSX wiggled out of both restraints as I was trying to begin his bath. His tail was wagging and he was enjoying a little canter from me around the front of the store. Instead of blocking the exit, one of the employees started screaming and freaking out, escalating the situation as the automatic doors began to open, scaring him in the direction of the exit. I calmly crouched on the floor opposite her and called him to me and was able to secure him. It took both him and me a long time to calm down and be able to get his bath going again. In trying to make small talk afterwards she said she would never allow a German Shepherd in her house. No other employees were available to check out with and I had to check out with her after she made such weird comments. I opted for self service because when I took him to get groomed there they crushed his nails and nicked his quick. This may not be the most friendly place for big dogs, and I know its a new store but employees might need more training.

  Excellent personal and 2 Customer Service Clerk the day I went to the store, the only two girls, one cashier and one in floor, I went two more times are everyone are excellent, I change Washington store for this one, the only good employee in Washington is the one name is Miranda, the Washington’s store has a very bad service, starting with an Old and angry woman and a Philipine woman than when you ask for something she let you waiting for another employee, she only like to be in the cashier, I prefer drive an hour and don’t stop in Washington store. Sorry for my honest filling. If you need to call me am not an anonymous, you can write or call me. Good luck ! Last week I had to stop at the store in Washington and I was again attended by Miranda and she makes me return to buy at her store, her service is always exceptional, her empathy and guidance are extremely reliable, then I went to pay the cashier and the girl who was also very nice and helpful, I make the caveat that is not the one that I call her the Filipina. With such good service received that day today July 31, 2026 I returned in the afternoon in search of the same girls for a good service, there was Miranda, the other cashier was not there, I asked Miranda to be attended by her until my departure, I went in search of only one meal and went out buying food, buckets, fish and a Geco for my daughter, the reality is that that employee makes the difference and makes her store sell and buys more than I went to buy, my congratulations for her.
