- NHNicole HerlihyAug 8, 20261.0Truly have never been so unhappy with an experience with a vet. I wasn’t even through the door before they tried to take the leash from me and made no attempt to even greet the dog. As soon we walked in my dog tried smelling and exploring the room as he has never been here before. Vet techs didn’t even give him a chance to settle and 1 of them pinned him against the wall which then led to him being super anxious. They put a pull collar on him and proceeded to yank him away from me when the 2nd tech stepped in and both proceeded to pin against the wall. We were not even in the room 3 minutes before the vet told us he would need to go Somewhere else and refused service. Because he needs “pre medication.” My dog is 4 years old and has NEVER needed premedication before any type of appointment. I found Dr. Lee was very rude and dismissive. When we asked if we would give it a minute for him to settle she said no and that we would need to leave and go somewhere else. Truly blown away by this entire experience.
