- FFFionaAug 5, 20261.0Extremely frustrating experience. My dog has been groomed here before on a low dose of trazodone (prescribed by my vet to help her stay calm during grooming) with zero issues. This time, they turned her away at the appointment because of a new policy that apparently won’t allow pets on anti-anxiety medication anymore. I found out standing in the lobby with my dog. Just be aware of the change in policy. Also was odd they had no record of my dog being there when I’ve taken her multiple times at this point. Wasted trip, wasted time, won’t be coming back.

I picked up my dog, a well cared for Bischon, and the "groomer" had performed an absolute hatchet job. He is virtually naked! I CANNOT take him out in the sun! Then they charged me $30 more than I was quoted! This was NOT a grooming. This was a SHAVING! Horrible service, even worse attitude! NOT GROOMED AS A BISCHON! Not happy at all.
