  There needs to be more employees to check people out with their purchases. It’s never a quick in and out when I have to buy something.

  No one around to help find what I needed. I found the waxworks and bought a container. Brought them home to feed my dragon and found over 75% of the worms dead. I had had just enough to find my dragon one time. Waste of money!

  Do NOT shop at this location. Gavin needs a serious lesson in customer service. I was charged extra money for a donation I knowingly declined. When I questioned it, he insisted donations were “impossible” to refund, became increasingly hostile, and then somehow miraculously figured out how to refund it. When I told him he needed to work on his customer service, he snapped, “No, I just refunded you your money. Now get out of here!” This was after I had already thanked him. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. Maybe nobody ever taught Gavin that actions have consequences. Perhaps his daddy never spanked him. Either way, adulthood is a good time to learn that you don’t get to treat people however you want without consequences. I also have serious ethical objections to supporting Petco. Petco does business with Marshall BioResources, the nation’s largest breeder of beagle puppies for animal experimentation while they are alive. I will not support a company involved in that industry, and I certainly will not voluntarily donate to it. Petco, do better. Gavin, lose the attitude. Customers deserve better than this.

  The dog training is AWESOME! 10/10 would recommend. That being said there seems to be a descrepency in accepting vaccination records across departments. I had to have proof of vaccination for the training class (as they should!) And they accepted the itemized invoice from my vet with no issues. My dog has been groomed here several times with no issues. They needed updated records to include rabies (again, as they should!), so I brought the vet invoice that has the date of service and rabies 1 yr very clearly printed in mutliple places, as well as very clearly being from the vet, that is in the same format at the previous one. They refused to groom my dog because the invoice says "May 13 2026, Rabies 1 Yr" and does not say "rabies 1 yr expires May 13 2027" on it, despite it very clearly having a date of service and a email time stamp from the veterinarian. I made an appointment. I cleared my morning. I drove clear from Santaquin with gas being nearly $5/gallon. I had my vaccination records as requested. I was going to spend upwards of $75 to have my dog groomed. And they refused to groom my dog because official veterinary paperwork was not good enough. Of course it's a Saturday when the vet is not open, so they can't "call and confirm" time stamped paperwork. Maybe if that format is a requirement, you should make that a little bit more clear when booking the appointment, because had I known that I would have called my vet the day before and had them send a more specific invoice. The manager was unwilling to even look at said vet record or apologize for the inconvenience. And it IS an inconvenience. The world is expensive these days and it gets hard to have to make an entirely new trip. It's fine. Nevermind. I will take my dog elsewhere and we will not be back.
