  I just want to fully thank the staff at this location who saw my dog with an ear infection same day. I wish I had caught who I believe was the vet tech’s name (she had deep purple scrubs on) because she was so thorough and attentive, it gave me so much peace of mind. She also ran through the discharge paperwork with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything. PLEASE thank her for me. The entire experience was smooth with a rapid diagnosis which I am so grateful for. I’m 100% bringing my dog here for his vet needs indefinitely 🤍

  Last Monday, I took Peeko to an urgent vet clinic and left really uneasy. The vet there didn’t seem invested, and it left me feeling stressed about his condition. I was pretty nervous booking with a brand-new clinic on Tuesday, but they happened to have an opening. The place wasn’t even officially open yet, and they still got Peeko in right away to run his blood work and X-ray. Everyone on staff was attentive to Peeko. Vet tech Delainy was great with him; she kept him calm and handled him gently through all the testing. One of the other Vet tech even came in to say hi, because that’s how much she loved dogs. We came back Wednesday for a recheck, and the service stayed solid both days. Dr. Jamie went over all the test results carefully and laid out a straightforward plan moving forward. After our visits, I called store manager Brianna with follow-up questions. She listened to what I was asking, checked in with the vet for me, and made sure I got the correct information. After the rough visit the day before, this team made everything feel manageable. They were reliable and responsive the whole time. I feel comfortable bringing Peeko here and would recommend them to other pet owners.

  Dr. Goolsby and her entire staff were fantastic. They spent hours with us, giving our newly adopted shelter dog so much love, patience, and attention. They were thoughtful about prioritizing which services were truly necessary to keep the visit affordable, never pushing unnecessary add-ons. They even shaved down Murphy's severely matted coat at no extra charge — a kindness we didn't expect and won't forget. I highly recommend Dr. Goolsby and her entire team.

  We recently adopted a senior dog from the shelter who was in rough shape — matted fur, clearly neglected, and in need of serious attention. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us and our new guy feel completely welcome and cared for. Dr. Goolsby spent over two and a half hours with us. TWO AND A HALF HOURS. She gave him a thorough head-to-toe exam, personally helped trim away a remarkable amount of matted hair, and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about his condition. She didn't rush us out the door — she made sure we left with a clear plan for his follow-up care and the resources to get it done. This is what veterinary medicine should look like. The compassion shown to a dog who had clearly never been given this kind of attention was something I won't forget. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. If you're looking for a clinic that truly cares — especially for a rescue or a senior pet who needs a little extra love — look no further. Dr. Goolsby and her team are the real deal. Five stars doesn't feel like enough.
