Instead, they shaved her almost down to the skin. My mini goldendoodle only had one or two small mats, and I’m certain they could have been removed with patience instead of taking the easy way out. It’s disappointing to pay for a “haircut” when it feels like all they did was run clippers over her body. My instructions were completely ignored, and I left extremely unhappy with the result. I would not recommend this grooming service.

Romeo was friendly and welcoming, and a lovely gal cleaning out the reptile tanks was eager to teach me more about the chameleons when I asked. She was so knowledgeable and encouraged me to return on another day when the reptile expert was in-store. I’ll definitely be returning here for my doggy shopping! 🐾

I paid for the most complete grooming package, which clearly included nail trimming, but my dog came home with her nails looking exactly the same. It honestly seems like that part of the service was never done at all. I paid a lot of money expecting to receive the services I was charged for, and I feel like I completely wasted my money. If customers are paying premium prices, they should receive the full service promised. Very frustrating and unacceptable.
