  Love this team! I have a very hard to handle rescue and they're amazing with him. They understand the goals of keeping him happy and comfortable and are very kind. I also love the Saturday hrs.

  I’ve been bringing my Husky to Dr. McMullin at Petco Vetco for several visits now, and I couldn’t be happier. I used to take him to a Husky-specific vet, but Dr. McMullin has completely won us over. My dog is very sensitive about his paws and generally doesn’t like being handled by strangers, yet he trusts Dr. McMullin completely. He’s hands-down the best veterinarian I’ve ever worked with. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, then checks to make sure I fully understand. He also performs a complete exam every visit, not just addressing the specific issue I came in for. The staff is equally wonderful—they always give me a clear breakdown of costs upfront, so there are never any surprises when it’s time to pay. I used to avoid Petco Vetco because of some negative things I’d heard and the products I saw in their stores. I’ve completely changed my mind. The care my dog receives is outstanding, and I’m now switching all three of my pets to Petco Vetco. I won’t be going anywhere else.

  I was able to book a new patient appointment in a timely manner. The receptionist, vet tech and veterinarian were all professional, thorough, and efficient. They have responded to my follow up visit inquiries quickly. Prices are affordable. Will continue to bring my dog to Vetco.

  made an appointment at 3pm for a wellness checkup for my kitten and they had me waiting for almost 2 hours and didnt even get her checked before i decided to leave and stop wasting my time, the receptionist said they had to immobilize one of the other patients but they should've still let me know if they only had one vet and they were busy so i could reschedule instead of being inconsiderate and making me spend 2 hours for a simple checkup. never coming back here.

  My poor arthritic dog was given the wrong prescription. He has been on Carprofen chewable 75mg tablets for 3 months. I came in May 22nd to pick up a refill and when I got home they were different pills, non chewable. My dog wouldn't eat them. I checked Google for opening hours on a Saturday. It said open until 6pm. I arrived at 1:30 and had to wait until 2pm for staff to show up. They couldn't take the wrong prescription back and said they don't know what happened, but they couldn't give me the correct chewable prescription and told me to just order it on Chewy.com. After today and the lack of not caring or help from the staff, I will be ordering from Chewy going forward. I spent $50 on the wrong prescription. Wasted an hour of my time on Saturday. Do Better Vetco Sugarhouse.
