- BFBrian Fogarty2 days ago1.0We usually use the grooming department in Park city But they were busy so we went to Sugar House They only did half the job and of course they want you to tip before you even see the dog. They didn’t shave in between his toes on the bottom like we talked about. They didn’t shave his ears like we talked about. They didn’t shave him as close as we normally get even though it’s in the notes. They didn’t clip his nails. And they didn’t even shave all the way to his tail so now his tail is fluffier than the rest of his body, and he has a tail – hawk. I feel like they got halfway done, and forgot where they were in the process and then just stopped. Getting your dog groomed at Petco is like getting your haircut at great clips. Sometimes you get a good haircut but 20 or 30% of the time you’re going to get somebody who doesn’t know what they’re doing, but they always wanted a tip

Natalie listened to everything my dog and I needed and even called me to check in before starting her cut. I also love how good my dog smells and her cut and clean is amazing. It’s really hard to find a groomer who can do anal glands expressions so clean and nice and Natalie did just that!
