  We came in for a nail trim and buff today and the groomer Lucie was so aggressive with my dog ?? My dog beans is definitely a bit nervous but groomers and vets usually don't have a super hard time getting him to cooperate. He was hesitant to walk to the back, and the groomer raised her voice at him immediately and was tugging on his leash hard the whole way to the grooming station. Once they got in (it's glass I could see all of this) she sort of chased him around trying to get him on the table just being incredibly impatient and aggressive, frightening him, it was so bizarre. She didn't even clip his nails, just made him anxious for no reason.

  The kindness the patience how gentle and loving the stylists are with not only pet parents but with our pets is truly remarkable and if there were more then 5⭐️ in both of my times coming here they definitely deserve more!!! As a dog mom my dog is my son my child and with that being said seeing him being treated with love care and patience is out of this world for me. Thank you PETCO I recommend this location to all my friends neighbors and family way to go above and beyond not only for me but most importantly for my fur baby!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️🐶🙏100% Sugarhouse Petco is the place to go!!!

  We usually use the grooming department in Park city But they were busy so we went to Sugar House They only did half the job and of course they want you to tip before you even see the dog. They didn’t shave in between his toes on the bottom like we talked about. They didn’t shave his ears like we talked about. They didn’t shave him as close as we normally get even though it’s in the notes. They didn’t clip his nails. And they didn’t even shave all the way to his tail so now his tail is fluffier than the rest of his body, and he has a tail – hawk. I feel like they got halfway done, and forgot where they were in the process and then just stopped. Getting your dog groomed at Petco is like getting your haircut at great clips. Sometimes you get a good haircut but 20 or 30% of the time you’re going to get somebody who doesn’t know what they’re doing, but they always wanted a tip
