  Quick appointment, professional and informative staff, the vet didn’t mar me feel dumb when answering questions and they seem to treat all of the animals well needing adoption.

  I love this petco. Im in this store weekly to buy my cats medicated food and I almost never have issues (very small issues like the cans being gone sometimes but it happens) I love all the staff and it’s always a pleasure to pick up my cats food and see the lovely workers. Thank you petco for the couple of years Ive been going 🩷

  I bought my guinea pig pharaoh from there on July 1st, their bowls were filled to the rim with just pellets and like 0 hay. I feel like they don’t care for their animals like they say they do. One of the workers got really rude with me for only buying one guinea even tho I knew I could give her the time and attention she needed. When I did bring that guinea pig home she was having breathing issues and we found out from a vet she had a respiratory infection that did unfortunately end up taking her life. They refunded me for it, which I was more upset for the other guineas because whatever she had will definitely if not already go after the other guinea pigs and when the manager “looked” at her housemate he just looked at her through the glass, he didn’t pick her up to actually see if she was okay. Seriously Petco, do better for your fur babies because this whole situation was sickening and full of heartbreak. I wish there was a way to rate with negative stars for this horrible situation.

  Had an atrocious experience getting checked out by Al. He was incredibly disrespectful and rude and made fun of me for greeting him happily. Please retrain employees on how to interact with customers.

  A few of the employees have seemed very down, unhappy or disconnected when I have shopped there the last 3 times. It feels as if the customer is in the way of them doing a job. No hello or excuse me or recognition of existence. I try to avoid the older, grumpy guy at the check out. The store has the needed goods but the customer service or even a okay experience has not been the outcome.
