So unorganized. Would call me to ask why my pet had an appointment. Showed up for my dog's neutering appointment and they were confused as to why we were there. Staff was so rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong when they were incompetent and unorganized. They blamed everything on corporate, but the excuses did not always align with what was going on. Would not recommend to anyone.

This facility is run so badly that it's dangerous. The quality of pet care is absurdly low, the last two times I brought my dog in he left without treatment and the second time with significant trauma that took over a year of training to correct. Whatever happened was serious, and to date there has never been another interaction with any dog or person (even very hostile/harmful interactions) that affected him so negatively. I still think they beat him. We tried hard to get answers about what happened, but there's zero accountability or mechanisms to achieve it. The quality of customer service is equally bad. The location's hours vary wildly, and are inconsistent even within the posted hours. I have been told we're waiting for the vet to become available, only to find out an hour later that the vet I'm waiting for is at a different location because this location's vet did not show. The alternative vet also did not show, and we had to go to a different hospital. Calling for even basic things like scheduling is equally inconsistent. I've spent 20 minutes on hold before being disconnected, only to call back and be hung up on. I've had a few positive interactions with staff there that are great, but that was years ago now. I'm surprised this location is still open, and would caution anyone from taking their pet here for care. Banfield may be acceptable in other places, but my experience with this location over numerous years and interactions has made me a never-again customer. To corporate: improve this location or close it. As it is now, your hurting your reputation, your customers, and their pets.

They do not respect your time and regularly overbook patients. Every appointment has been met with a 40+ minute wait time prior to even seeing the doctor for a routine pain relief injection (Librella) and medication refill. Despite this, they will hold you to the double standard of punctuality, especially for in room visits. They much prefer to book day-long visits where you drop off your pet for at least 7-8 hours so they can attend to them at their leisure even for minor checkups. Beware if you are late due to emergencies — they will turn you away. Luckily the location in West Valley was far more accommodating and it seems to be a trend across both of their review histories. Decent patient care, horrendous customer service.

I've been taking my cats to these guys for years, they have awesome customer service, they love all the animals they work with and they're really good at informing you of what's going on or what you should do to keep your pet happy and healthy

They don't respect their own business hours. Says they close at 6 but I went at 4 and it was already closed. This isn't the first time
