  I never expected Luna to have seizures. The panic of the proceeding days is a dark time. Lot of uncertainty and fear. I hardly even remember making the appointment lol. But when I showed up at Banfield with Luna, sleep deprived and trembling a lil bit, immediately Aliyah and the other nurse (I’m sorry I forget her name!) made me feel sure Luna was in good hands and that everything was gonna be alright. Everyone was so communicative, kind and handled my girl with care and understanding, despite the fact she was very anxious, afraid and became aggressive. They handled my constant questions and confusion with patience and clarity. All the necessary tests were done quickly, but waiting for the phone call felt like forever lol. But when it finally came, Doctor Jackson quickly made me feel reassured that Luna is in great hands, that she has eyes to see what I’m blind to and a voice to translate what Luna can’t say. In extremely helpful and understandable detail, she explained to me exactly what’s going on with Luna and what we need to do going forward. The peace of mind I feel is priceless, but Banfield also happens to have an amazing wellness payment plan that makes the bill affordable and directly beneficial for Luna. Couldn’t be happier with the experience at Banfield, and Luna is gonna live a good long and happy life because of their attention and care!

  Scheduled an appointmentb online. Took off work, showed up to have no appointment and no availability.

  I struggled to get an in-room visit, then they still examined her out of room and gave her shots out of room. I also couldn't even check in until the exact time of my appointment, making me wonder if I was going to be seen. Overall, pretty terrible experience.

  So unorganized. Would call me to ask why my pet had an appointment. Showed up for my dog's neutering appointment and they were confused as to why we were there. Staff was so rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong when they were incompetent and unorganized. They blamed everything on corporate, but the excuses did not always align with what was going on. Would not recommend to anyone.
