- CLCodi LauritzenDec 11, 20253.0It wasn't horrible. The gal who checked us in was super kind and patient but doc or nurse that gave the door told us it wasn't a spectator sport. Snippy to say the least. It was my first time taking our dog in for vaccines as my husband usually does it. I wouldn't say don't come here it just wasn't the same experience we have going to the vet. Plus another lady kept glaring at us as our dog was a bit hard to contain and no where to coral them.
- JFJãna FerneliusJul 4, 20252.0I think I share this every time. It would be great for all of us, including the vetco team if we could enter the vaccinations our pet required. Then the team could show up with the vaccinations already ready, plus a few extra just in case. Then we wouldn't all have to stand in line and try to figure it out at the time of our appointment especially when you schedule these appointments 5 minutes apart. It takes longer than that just for them to enter the vaccinations that we need. That would also help when there is an pet in the mix, that is not used to being around all of these other pets. The vet and team were great! I think they're just put in a very bad position.
- BKBJ KempJul 1, 20243.0This trip to Vetco was okay except that I got all the way home and I do not live close to the store and realized that they did not give me the rabies tag and paperwork that they told me was in the folder they gave me. So I had to drive all the way back to the store to get what should have been handed to me the first time I was there. The vet was good this time. The last time I used Vetco which was a year ago, they put my dog on a filthy towel and rushed the appointment. They never cleaned the table. The next day I started dealing with fleas and I have NEVER in my life had fleas on any of my dogs. I spent loads of money and time trying to get rid of fleas in my house and off of my 3 dogs. Was very hesitant to try them again! Just wish they could get it right the first time.
