- JJJJ3 days ago1.0This one is very disappointing. We asked to adopt a cat and couldn't get it. The older gentleman that is not manager pretending to be manager telling us we can't have it. Then he went to finally go get somebody and they made every excuse why we couldn't have it cuz it was a feral cat and can't be with other cat. Such a cop out looks like your employees have paycheck and not care about their job. Hear that or they just have a lot of control not good for business. Won't be coming back here again. I don't say this very often but nothing in my whole life will change my mind to ever come back here and give you money or service as I'm also going to let the world know this or unprofessional. May 17th 26 6:20 p.m. Just a lot of excuses. We even got a chance to pet the cat and to enjoy it. We were asked to go to the register to get that taken care of. It was interesting because it also felt like they were being racist towards my wife being Asian.

Service is great. But the mice were MUCH more expensive :/ not sure if that is the standard for all products.
