  I use to love this place but today they lost me as a customer. They told me that my dog tried to bite as they were doing his nails. He only nips when he's being hurt. I got him home and noticed he was bleeding really bad from one of his back nails. It was so bad that there was no way they didn't know it had happened. But yet I was not told about it which really pissed me off. Now knowing he had been hurt him nipping at them makes sense. It's completely unprofessional to hurt someones dog, even by accident and not tell them then make the dog look like the bad guy!!

  It's the only place I take my fur baby (Dog) they are great with him and quick. They have been the only ones he will let actually hold him to trim his nails he hates to be held by anyone that is not me or my husband, he has trust issues from when he was a small puppy 😞 I recommend Pet Boutique ❤️ and the price is amazing 🤩

  I took my puppy for his first grooming. When I returned to pick him up, he looked awful and his fur was uneven and very choppy. I asked the lady if she could fix his cut because he looked so bad and she said that they were closing soon and she didn’t have time. I would not recommend this place!

  Extremely Disappointed and Deeply Concerned I had a terrible experience at this groomer. I dropped off my two dogs for grooming, and when I returned, my poodle was brought out with blood on his head. Even more shocking — they tried to hand me someone else’s dog. My actual dog had been given to the wrong person and was no longer in the building. Throughout this, the owner took zero accountability. I paid in cash, and not only was I not offered a refund or discount for the incident. After calming down at home, I called back hoping to have a respectful conversation to resolve things. Instead, the owner remained rude, defensive, and dismissive. She told me not to bring my dogs back — and then called again 10 minutes later to claim my dog had supposedly bitten a groomer. My dog has never bitten anyone and has no history of aggression. It felt like an attempt to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility. This business is extremely unprofessional, careless, and unsafe. I would never trust them with my pets again, and I strongly urge other pet owners to be cautious. Pets are family, and they deserve far better treatment than this.
