  This is pretty much my go-to place for my dietary needs for my cats and my dog. They can't get a five star because they never ever have the size of the urinary control science diet that I need for my cats. If they if I could ever just actually go in and find one, you would totally get five stars.

  I went into Petco today to buy my grandson a red eared slider turtle and was refused. I have an 800 gallon enclosed pond and was told that would not be adequate for the turtle. We built this enclosure according to guidelines given to us by the Utah state government rules and laws for aquatic reptiles. When we started to question the employee she informed me that she really wasn’t sure what the rules were so I would have to wait 30 minutes for her manager. Is there a Reason why there are people working in a store that specializes in animals but know nothing about what they are selling? Is there a reason why we do not practice customer service anymore? I won’t be back

  I had a wonderful experience when I adopted my kitten from here. The staff was kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right homes for the animals. My kitten has brought so much joy to our life, and I will always be grateful for that experience. However, during a visit today, I witnessed something that was disappointing. Another family was trying to adopt a cat and seemed excited about giving it a loving home, but the staff members they approached appeared uninterested in helping them. It felt as though the focus was more on closing up for the day than assisting a family that was ready and willing to give a cat a loving home. I understand that employees have schedules and responsibilities, but the interaction came across as rushed and uncaring. The family deserved more attention and guidance, and most importantly, the cat deserved every opportunity to find a good home. Seeing potential adopters leave feeling unsupported was disheartening. Every cat deserves the best chance at finding a loving family, and every adopter deserves to be treated with respect and care. I hope this was just an isolated experience, because the animals depend on people to advocate for them and help them find the homes they deserve.

  We get our dog groomed here. They always have done a fantastic job! Oliver has never had problems...except for teethbrushing. The employees here are also exceptional! I wish I could remember the lady at the register where you pay. She was so kind and helpful when it came to applying our coupons and paying. 10/10 good store. Also... did it mention its pet friendly? Ha!

  They push Vital Care on you constantly to try to force you into only shopping with them, and don't explain that it is a 12 month commitment. It isn't doesn't even end up saving money even if you shop exclusively with them. $321.60 sold to you by saying it's only $26.80 per month without mentioning you can't cancel any singular month is gross.
