  I went in with my family because we just adopted a ball python. We spoke with the kindest gentleman who works for this store and he also owns a ball python. He was super knowledgeable and gave us some good advice. He did let us know he is not a professional and it’s just advice. We went back a few days later just to get more advice and asked for this employee again. I was very disappointed with the way the older gentleman by the name of Al denied us the help of the other employee. He told us that if we wanted advice to do my own research. Luckily the employee I had asked for ended up walking by and seen us and Al had no other choice but to let us talk. By the way the amazing employee is name Jay. Al then told Jay to be fast and don’t forget he has other duties he need to do. I find this unprofessional as I really wanted to be a buying customer from this store. But based of the way he treated this employee and rushed him to help me i just asked my questions and left so i didn’t feel like i took up too much time since Al thinks his other task are more important than helping a paying customer. I hope jay gets treated better and Al learns this is not okay to do.

  This location is the best I’ve ever gone to! Their pet care is amazing and their tanks are always so clean and maintained, the staff is always so kind as well and willing to price match!

  Staff here is incredible. However, after store went through a remodel it looks completely barren and they are always empty shelves. Love this location wish they had a better selection.

  Took our pugshu in for a hair cut, nail trim and bath. They had our dog for 2 hours never called us so my Fiancé called and asked and out of the blue our sweet dog is aggressive and wouldn’t come out of the kennel. But some how they were able to give him a bath. Didn’t want to pay $45 for something we could do at home. We needed his nails trimmed! So the manager came over and said you are going to pay for the bath aggressively so I said or what? Then he threatened to call the cops because I didn’t want to pay $45 for a bath we can do a better job ourselves at home. Our total bill was supposed to be $75 with everything. How is it only $30 more to cut his nails and hair. We will never be back to a petco for anything. Save your money go somewhere that knows how to take care of your loved pet.
