I wish I could remember the young ladies name,because she was an absolute professional, not just in her dog handling skills,but in her customer service skills as well. My dog Sally is a 71lb. Boxer/Hound mix. Although very friendly she can still be a hand full. I dropped her off at 11:30am and got her back just before 1. Teeth, nails and shampoo all done and she looks great. Thank You.

Aurora was amazing and went above and beyond, but everyone there was gracious, efficient, and professional. Great atmosphere and great experience! Will definitely be going back here for more than only grooming now.

She’s a Great Pyrenees, and although we keep up with regular grooming at home, this was her first experience with a professional groomer. Courtney was patient, kind, and clearly experienced with large breeds. Nala came home happy, relaxed, and looking absolutely beautiful. The results truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommend!

She went above and beyond what PetCo can typically offer a paralyzed dog, delivering incredible results. She also groomed our second senior dog during the same appointment, and both look amazing!
- SBS BMay 5, 20264.0Good service but it's a shame when it comes to client behavior. When calling ahead they are completely booked don't have time. You walk in the same thing but they still provide service. Then walking around Petco for an hour no one shows up from the clients... thankfully we took the chances and walked in anyway.
