The only issue in this area is it is so busy that finding parking can be difficult. No issues with Petco

I have struggled to buy healthy neocaridina shrimp from Petco. They either cannot molt or have parasites. The molting problems are fatal. As for parasites, I was able to treat the vorticella with salt baths. But I ended up with planaria predatory flat worms last time!!! My shrimp tank is ruined. It spread to my other fish tank because I reused an algae sponge. That tank is ruined too. The medicine is expensive. No guarantees it will work. It will kill my snails. Petco could care less. I will never go back. I lost my dream tanks because they sell sick animals. I am devastated.

DO NOT bring your dog to this location for grooming. I had an appointment scheduled for 12pm and brought her in at that time. She then sat in a kennel for hours before they got to her. So really her appointment is not at 12pm, instead hours later. I would rather bring her in a couple hours later when she can actually be worked on instead of her sitting in a kennel! I asked for 2 inches off of her butt feathers since they interfere with her using the bathroom. THEY CUT IT ALL OFF AND ITS SO CHOPPY!! I’m very disappointed. Never bringing her to this location again. Just look at how choppy and uneven her butt hair is in the photo.

I called to ask if any kittens were available for adoption. The woman I spoke to said yes, that they can’t submit the adoption paperwork it’s an outside service, I could come meet the kittens and see if I bonded with any of them. My four year old was so excited, it was a big surprise for him. He’s been asking for years. When I get here come to find out I was given the wrong information. You have to schedule an appointment and fill out an application prior to meeting the kittens. Huge disappointment to my son… and myself who drove out here… Please work out issues with your employees, so that they are informed and don’t give customers bad information. It doesn’t just mess with adults schedules, it is frustrating to kids after their excitement is so high…
