  Our groomer Yesika did a ✨fantastic✨ job with our two dogs that got a bath, de-shedding, nail trim, and teeth brushing service. One of my dogs gets nervous with the nail trimming and Yesika was able to get all her nails perfectly! They really loved her and I'll definitely be requesting her from now on 😁

  My pup did not have a positive experience at this petco. After coming to petco for the first time in nov of 2025 for a bath and nail trim with Keilana, my guy has been terrified to go to get his nails trimmed. Before his experience at peto he never had issues going to get his nails trimmed. His behavior around getting his nails trimed unfortunately changed after his experience at petco and im still working on getting him back to his normal self/behavior before his experience here.

  I had a very frustrating and concerning experience at Petco today. I dropped my dog off at 11am for a grooming appointment. At 1pm I received a call saying the groomer had called out which was confusing, because I had just spoken to the woman who was supposed to groom my dog earlier. I understood and agreed to reschedule When I arrived, one of the employees mentioned that “she was having a hard time,” but didn’t clarify whether that meant my dog or the groomer. If my dog was struggling, I should have been clearly informed. Instead, I was left confused and still allowed to reschedule without any real explanation. What upset me the most was what happened after While bringing my dog out, another employee accidentally hit my dog in the head with a door. Both of us gasped, but instead of apologizing or acknowledging it, the employee laughed it off and walked into the room closing the door behind her. Accidents happen, but completely ignoring something like that is unacceptable especially when it involves someone’s pet. I’ve been to the Clinton location multiple times without issues, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Between the lack of communication and the way my dog was handled, I don’t feel confident bringing her back.
