  I normally love your store. Today there was only 1 employee I could find and unfortunately she didn't know anything. Ashly told me she was knew. She didnt even know about your pet perks plan. Come on. She didnt even offer to get someone else. Some how if you can get your employees like trained like Luke that would be great. Luke is so knowledgeable about products and everything. Can you send Ashly back to training

  Normally I wouldn’t do this, but we had an appointment for my dog to get a haircut and a bath. Today we went in only to find out that everyone had quit. I was out of town and did not have access to my email. They sent the cancellation notice only a day before. Not necessarily their fault, but I would have liked to know prior to me leaving. We had this appointment scheduled over two weeks ahead. And we learned that they had all quit a couple weeks ago. Again not really anyone’s fault.

  I like Petco and the people. There is a promotion going about their birthday and giving away prizes. But no way of entering to sign up for the prizes. I asked the employees but they new nothing about the sweepstakes and couldn't see how to do sign up for the sweepstakes either.

  Went in to look at the fish and was met with tanks full of multiple dead fish. At first, I thought it was just unlucky timing, but I went on to discover that almost all of the fish tanks had dead fish in them. Not only was it sad to see, but it also makes me concerned for the care of the fish. Hope this gets fixed soon.
