When it comes to emergency or urgency it feels like this place could care less. I pay for a plan to have my dog cared for and I am turned away when a urgent need arises. It also ridiculous to get an last minute appointment. No flexibility. Maybe there should be a space or flexibility in the schedule for Such occurrences. Why should I have to go to an emergency vet when I pay monthly for you to care for my dog it is ridiculous. We may be finding a new vet.

So I brought my Rottweiler here to have a surgery done. The staff marketed a pet wellness plan in order to receive a discounted price & be able to bring my dog in for check ups & what not. Well unfortunately about a month later I had to put my dog down due to an underlining issue & complications from the surgery, in which the staff did not warn us prior of the risk. I tried to get my wellness plan canceled but they would not let me cancel it & instead are making me pay monthly check up fees for an entire year for a dog who is no longer living. I recommend taking your pets elsewhere.
