The vet walked in and with a straight face said “your dog’s left anal gland is full, we can express it for $45” as if I was going to say no and let my dog suffer. How is it that something as simple and routine as anal gland expression is not included in the services provided by the wellness care package, but the associated PetSmart groomer will do it for free and as a routine service?

Staff and the vet were great with my elderly Lab mix. Listened to my concerns and addressed them and provided solutions to help my old guy be more comfortable and healthy.

Took my dog for a teeth cleaning and they said it couldn't be done unless I paid $200 to get bloodwork done.

A lady vet here dismissed my concerns about my cat suddenly dropping half her body weight and having constant diarrhea and constant vomiting. My poor baby wasn't even 5lbs and was skin and bones yet the vet said she was a "healthy weight". She very much was not. My cat was medium haired but you could see her bones protruding even through her fur. Due to this vets negligence and disinterest in figuring what was wrong, I had to put my cat down a couple weeks later as her condition worsened quickly. She had severe liver damage and I fully believe if that rude woman would've listened to me that my baby could've been saved. It's been almost 2 years, but what happened due to her carelessness still haunts me.
