She immediately came over to greet my rough collie, Cooper, and spent several minutes petting him and talking with me. Her genuine love for dogs was obvious. When she mentioned that she was one of the groomers, I decided to make an appointment—and I’m so glad I did! Cooper’s coat had never looked more beautiful. Grooming a rough collie—the Lassie breed—with long, thick fur takes real skill, and Krystin did an exceptional job. She is not only extremely talented but also warm, gentle, and caring with the dogs she grooms. You can tell that she truly loves her work and treats every dog with kindness. Thank you, Petco, for hiring such an exceptional groomer. I’m so grateful for the loving care Krystin gave Cooper, and we will definitely be returning!
