  One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to go through with my ferret. My ferret had chewed up a stuffed animal and swallowed a lot of the fluff inside. We didn’t know right away because he had hid the remains under the bed. We had several appointments at this location and the vet said they could not figure it out even after X-rays were taken. They had us force feed our baby for almost 2 weeks claiming whatever it was would work its way through his system. He eventually puked some of the fluff up and we went and showed the vet in person to prove we know what’s wrong with him. They didn’t care and did nothing telling us to continue to force feed him. By this point my ferret was on deaths door and extremely lethargic. As a last minute decision we called an emergency vet and they took him. Once their X-rays came back they said he needed surgery immediately. They did the surgery and removed the obstruction. He recovered within a week. This location had me torture my ferret for two weeks even though the X-rays showed the obstruction. I will never trust ANY Banfield vet hospital again. There are local (better) vets for exotic animals.

  So disappointed with Banfield. Never had a single good experience at this location, and once overheard staff verbally abusing someone’s pet through my waiting room door. Their wellness program is a trap that you can’t get out of even if your pet passes midway through the plan-year. We brought our 4 year old dog in twice over two months due to illness and had to beg the vet for an antibiotic. Then went to a different (more competent) vet 3 days later only to find out he has terminal metastatic cancer through the whole body. We compared prices of service between our new and old Vet clinics and Banfield is 3X the price. Biggest mistake we made during dog ownership.

  They always take such great care of my corgi! Super kind everytime, answer all my questions, and always follow up to make sure she’s feeling okay. Dr Orr is fantastic.

  The team at Banfield was so caring and sweet with my dog for her annual teeth cleaning. She gets very anxious and worked up, even needing medication beforehand, but they were patient, gentle, and understanding with her the entire time. It really means a lot to know she’s in such kind and capable hands, and I truly appreciate the compassion they show her every visit. I highly recommend checking out their wellness plans!
