All the employees present on the day I adopted my kittens, Jon and two other girls who were serving in the dog grooming, were very attentive and kind. They talked to me, answered my questions, contacted the shelter. My husband and I could see that they are people who love animals and that's why they work there. I will always keep this store with great affection in my heart😊!

He offered to walk me through the store and show me a few things that would go with my purchase. When we were finished, he accompanied me to the front register. Miss Lori took care of my transaction with the utmost kindness. Blake offered to walk with me to my car and help load it up. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would in a heat beat. This has been one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. Thank you both for kindness and phenomenal customer service ♥️
