I’m so disappointed in this place-I’m not sure what happened, but even basic customer service and communication here just degraded terribly. Overpriced, not a good selection of…well much anything for reptiles, and the quality of customer service is just careless and gone. Pretty much done with this place and won’t ever be going back.

I had called before to have one set aside but they were slammed and the gal that helped me right away had more information than I expected due to being exposed to fostering dogs. She helped me find healthy options that didnt cost a lot. I wish I could remember her name to thank you, but she was young, full of information, efficient and professional. Thank you!
