Worst experience ever! We schedule an appointment through their website, once we arrived they told us that the system was down without a solution and previous notification! Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your pet to this place

I feel like Dave Chappelle got his inspiration for the pop copy episode. From banfield , the way they treat people is horrible!!!! Care about your pets. I recommend taking them somewhere else.Based on my experience.

Do not go here. I brought my cat in for a dental. They did not extract a tooth that needed to be extracted. Said they did not have time, they didn’t know they were going to have so many dentals that day. Ok, well you are the ones doing your own scheduling 🤷‍♀️. They left my cat in pain. They wanted her to come in another day. That also means she needs to be put under a second time and paying for a second dental. Wouldn’t give me a straight answer on whether it was painful. Went to a different vets office (not Banfield). They looked at the tooth. There is red around it, she showed a pain response when they touched it. The X-rays from Banfield were taken at odd angles and it was hard to see what was going on. This other vets office was shocked they didn’t remove the tooth while she was already under. They said they wouldn’t have taken a lunch in order to get it done. Will not be taking any animals back to Banfield.

My family has really struggled with this company. When my dog first started going there I told my vet tech he is allergic to a medicine and then when the vet came in they had no idea about this allergy. I feel like anytime I would tell them something I would have to repeat myself over and over again and still not be listened to. It is clear they have a communication issue. My most recent experience is I called to confirm my dogs in room appointment the day before I had it scheduled they doubled checked to make sure in room would work ( I scheduled on the app) then they came back and confirmed and said it would work then the day of the appointment they call me an hour before the appointment to say that they can't do my appointment and I would either have to drop off ( my 8 week old puppy) or reschedule. Never make an appointment online because they will call you and tell you it doesn't work or you will show up and have to drop your dog off even when you scheduled in room. Talking with the actual vet is also extremely hard. As well as keeping the same vet for all your appointments. I communicated that I did not want a certain vet and they had scheduled me with that vet anyways.

After our beloved fur baby passed away. They will not cancel the yearly contract. Do not only do we have to try and get over our loss but we have to pay monthly for something that will never be used. We tried to see if we could transfer to a new puppy if we went that route and they said NO. THIS PLACE IS HEARTLESS. They say a contract is a contract. So thank you Banfield for giving us the reminder of our loss every month. Worse part was I believe we just renewed it. I would give zero
